Kim Thompson – Principal
​Kim founded TD SearchPartners in 2017 to bring personal service and a partner approach to clients.
Her career agent approach to representing top talent coupled with client dedication has earned her a reputation as a dedicated and results oriented individual.
Prior to TD SearchPartners Kim spent 8 years with SearchPath NY Metro. She ran the National Search Practice focusing on early stage companies in Security, Software and Virtualization building world class sales organizations from the top down. President’s Club every year and the #1 recruiter nationally in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2016. She started her career with MRI in 1996 and quickly rose to the top ten performers nationwide. At Z1 Solutions and Convergent Search Group she built new practice areas from ground zero and managed a global recruiter network.
Don Dupont - Managing Director
Don is the co-founder of TD Search Partners.
He brings 25 years’ experience as an Information Technology Director. He has an in depth understanding of Networking, Security, Storage, and Virtualization technologies hands on. Project management was a key piece of his Director role at the Weichert companies where he ran a 10 person team. Don has an extensive network of industry connections and long standing relationships.
Don has a keen insight into the technology our clients are selling and can quickly identify and qualify talent. Research, Project Management and Technical expertise are his specialty areas.
Jessica Dunbar - International Recruiting Manager
Jessica started her career in Cheshire, UK. She brings 5 years of Enterprise recruiting experience. Prior to joining TD SearchPartners she led recruiting efforts for Avecto a Security SaaS solution and built the US and European sales teams. Her client focused approach and International recruiting network has helped build sales organizations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Jessica currently resides in New Jersey and manages all recruiting partnerships globally and recruiting efforts internationally.
